Joan Cross has over 20 years experience in the medical equipment industry. She is a small business owner, and Director of Operations with C & C Homecare, Inc. an in-home respiratory therapy and sleep specialty company. Joan's emphasis has been on growing her own company that is until FAMES, the Florida Association of Medical Equipment Services came along. A member of the Board since 1996, Joan has now finished three and a half years as President of the Florida Association. She is also on the Medicare DMERC Advisory Council for Region C, a Member of the National Clearing House Advisory Council and a past member of the Medicare SAC Committee. At Medtrade Joan was awarded the prestigious Homecare Magazine “Homecaring Award 2004”.
